Prof. (Dr.) V.K. Srivastava is a competent and high performing professional offering more than 25 years of rich cross-functional experience in all aspects of Teaching, Research and administration in higher education sector. He is having ability to start new academic programs efficiently and effectively in University education. He is highly skilled in providing Academic, Administrative and Research oriented leadership to the University by inculcating team spirit and team work. He has proven expertise in developing the curriculum of new academic programs with a focus to improve the employability of pass out graduates and post graduates. He is a strategic planner to encourage inter disciplinary research by formal interaction among various departments and constituent institutions of University, Industries and Research Institutions. He is having excellent exposure for encouraging a research culture to develop intellectual property and new research based products, processes and their applications subsequently filing their patents, finding the industries having their interest (Expression of Interest) to commercialize the product along with the process of transferring the technology. His research interest includes Waste Water Treatment, Solid waste management, Environmental issues of Industries and Energy recovery by using Plasma Technology. He is peer reviewer of large number of research papers being published in reputed high indexed National and International Journals in above mentioned research areas. He has published and presented significant number of research papers in National and International Journals and Conferences. Also he has published number of Books and Chapters with National and International publishers. He is a recipient of various notable awards and honors. Prior to The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, he has worked as Vice Chancellor of Indus University, Ahmedabad and Sankalchand Patel University, Visnagar.

Prof. C. N. Murthy is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai where he obtained his M. Sc (Chemistry), M. Tech. (Materials Science) & Ph.D degrees. He has about three years’ industrial experience and 23 years of teaching & research experience. He has worked on a number of research project funded by DST, CSIR, DRDO & UGC and was a Brain Pool Fellow (2015-2016) and is a Fellow, Gujarat Science Academy. He was the Head of the Applied Chemistry Department (2004-2010) and Dean at Faculty of Technology & Engineering, The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda.
